I tried to use this website to order a pair of boots using their AI ordering assistant. The order went through, but was cancelled by them 20 minutes later with no explanation given. I then tried to order a similar pair of boots from a different company, also with their AI ordering assistant. I entered my payment info and hit "order", but got an error message that the item was not available, even though it showed up in search. The AI thing is a cool idea, but it doesn't seem to work very well.
