I have been Vegan about 19 years and lacto- vegetarian since 77 before that, I used to eat veggie burgers from A and W for many years, they were so so but a cheap lunch, after A and W got Beyond Meat burgers I went twice- the first time I got wild diarrhea and vomiting, the 2nd time just vomiting, I won’t try for the 3rd time that’s for sure

The product might have been made of vegetables. Why make it look, feel and taste like meat. Just by trying to make it appetising for a meat eater you have made the product taste really bad !! You have an opportunity to correct the wrong. Do it

Ass burger in mcdonalds burping and vomiting, also ruined my health

Me and my girlfriend, bought and ate the beyond meat sausage. First process: Baked in the pan, weird substance to get well done to Eat. While eating: Mushy inside and weird texture. Its defenitly a lie if they compare this product with real meat. Also a weird taste in the mouth, that even lingers on after a while. Make me nauseous again even thinking about it. Afterwards: we both felt a pain in our stomach. And we had to lay down for a while. Both of us were really dissapointed. Alltogether dont buy this product. Waste of money.

Thought I’d give them a try , omg didn’t taste to bad but afterwards terrible wind up most of the night I’ll stick to my meat least you know what your eating

Unfortunately, too many restaurants are putting this product on their menu in replacement of tastier veggie options. Most vegetarians/ vegans don’t want to eat a burger that taste like ground beef. I understand that this burger has its place for those who want to cut back on meat, but those of us who don’t eat meat would prefer a true veggie burger. This product actually makes me gag.

Real vegetarians and vegans will not be looking for meat replacements. People go vegetarian for certain reasons, if they don't want to eat meat, they will not eat meat replacements either. It's as simple as that. I get that companies are trying to push the alternatives for meat, but it doesn't work. As a vegetarian, I am more than happy with my veg, I don't need anything that supposedly tastes like meat. My partner is an avid meat eater and he will not have any of this. Obviously there is a lot of work to do, before companies claim their vegan product is as a meaty one
