Horrible customer service. Ordered a spray ground bookbag for my daughter 3 months ago Never received it. Contacted them several times via email and they take days to reply. No number to call. They offered me a discount code for the lost package. I threaten to call my credit card and dispute the charge and that’s when they finally offered a replacement. It took over a month to solve this. Never agian

My son bought a bag used it once and ripped they said they would send another one never did they asked which bag did i want. I told them and said it would be sent out monday. Well Wednesday comes around and they said they made a mistake. They weren't gonna send a new one. They don't wanna answer my emails now. They dont have a phone number. Who can I call regarding this issue. There exact words werr they were gonna send one I think they were lying in the first place. I was never gonna get sent a new one 100.00 down the drain and my son cut 8 yards to save up for this bag. They even admitted they improved the material. Horrible and beyond mad.

Product never delivered. They claim they delivered and even produced a tracking form. They stated in one email they require signature to "Secure delivery of package". When asked who signed for it they stated "We offer the option of signature but don't require it". Very bad customer service. I couldn't even speak with a representative as they don't have a telephone number.

I ordered a book bag from this company (BEYOND HYPE). I never received the bag; however, they claimed it was left at my front door. I had to keep going back and forth with them via email because they don’t publish their phone number. As a consumer, I find it very frustrating that I was unable to speak with someone. They informed me that they would not reship the item nor refund my money. Needless to say, that’s horrible guest service, and they eventually ended up keeping my money. I would not recommend doing business with this company. I highly recommend that you shop elsewhere as they don’t worth your hard earned money. My next step is to contact the better business bureau.
