I appreciate the timeliness of the shipment. I had a problem using arrive. No tracking or notifications were keeping me update. To my surprise the package arrived because according to arrive they were still waiting for the shipment. Not sure what happen. Thank you.

I really like the products, the website is smooth & simple with lots of free discount codes. The purchase process was good and the delivery is quick although I haven't received my package yet because it needs around 10 days but overall the service is amazing and you get notified on your shipment's location etc.

This is the first time I buy at Beyond Hype and I got a backpack for my son that he wanted for his birthday. The backpack was never delivered to us. Usps says they delivered the package which is not true since we never got anything and we were waiting for it at home. This is the first time a package does not get to us and I have been an online shopper for years and not one single time the package was lost! Beyond Hype customer care are trying to help. I hope we can find what happened and get the bag. My son’s birthday is in a week.
