I placed an order 5 days ago for a pair of sunglasses. I also paid for expedited shipping to receive them in 2-5 days. I have not gotten any information on the status of my order at all and am frustrated because I paid to receive it sooner because I am leaving to go on vacation. I also emailed and have not gotten a response.

Every time reply to the email is very slowly. I have sent all my payment information to the website, but I have not delivered it to me? I just want to give the gift to my friend on his birthday, but it will never ship. I don't know what else I need to do to make the site satisfaction?

Extremely slow and overpriced international shipping. It took them a week to ship out my parcel and then another 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive. I am extremely disappointed in their services, I contacted the company twice, once before the parcel was shipped and they just told me they would throw in some stickers and despatch the order (which they didn't - but who cares about stickers). The second time, I had just received the parcel after 25+ days, so I requested a refund of the shipping. The company gave me some kind of explanations on why the parcel was delayed etc but did not look into reconciling things. 30$ is way overpriced for an item that takes more than 25 days to arrive. I regret to say that I will never shop from Beyond Hype again, as the company is clearly not interested in keeping clients.

Cannot track purchase and the local post office has lost track of my purchases, have tried to call this company and cannot get an answer will never make another purchase from them again

We checked your tracking link and it appears your parcel was delivered on 8/26. There was a previous delivery attempt made by the carrier, but there was no secure location to leave the parcel and the parcel also required a signature so redelivery was scheduled. I payed an extra 5 dollars for fast shipping and its been almost a week and my package isnt here. If paying 5dollars extra doesnt ship faster then dont put it on your page

Your parcel had attempted delivery within the timeframe we guarantee for expedited shipping, but there was no secure location to leave the parcel and rather than risk theft from an unsecure location the carrier took the parcel back with them to your local USPS post office. Your order was canceled and refunded because we had received a previous order from you in February 2019 that was successfully delivered to you and then a chargeback was opened stating that the order was not legitimate. We ended up losing the chargeback and the funds associated with that order as well as paid a fee on top. Your new order was canceled and refunded as we do want to have the same issue occur again. I had purchased a sprayground bag for $60. I had gotten a discount of 10% dropping the price to $54. I had entered the wrong billing address and immediately contacted the support personnel to correct this mistake. After several emails back and forth, they had told me that the billing address was no issue and I just needed to make sure the shipping address was correct, which it was. I had found this a little suspicious nut after some research, I found that the billing address had no holding over the order. Unbeknownst to me, each time an email was sent, a sum of a money was subtracted from the card. More than $100 was taken from the card. I am livid! This is worst service I've received from an online site. I will never be a purchase her again. Distasteful.
