They’re products are great I love my booksack. They don’t have a number to be contacted which is a minus. My order was actually ordered two days after I ordered it which pushed back my days even more because it was the weekend.. that should be handled better but other than that I love my booksack.

I had originally posted two stars but changed to four stars. Package was delivered late but got good support from customer service via IG. Finally received my bag. Just as advertised. Cheers.

Experience is still very good, after communication problems have been solved, I hope to develop an online customer service system, so that we do not need to use e-mail frequently.

Good website with great products and reasonable prices but it's kinda annoying how they automatically send suggestion messages via Messenger. I'm still waiting for my product to sleep, kinda long for normal standards.

I ordered two sprayground keychains. Overall delivery was fast and product is good. I doubt it has anything to do with boyond hype as a brand, but the second one I got, the stitching was really off and the strap on the back was bent beyond fixable. Overall though for the price really good, and I managed to sell the first one for 60$ even though explain they could order there own, the product is just that good that they had to have it then😂. But like I said stitching is off on the second one and I’m a little disappointed with that, but it’s for me so not a huge deal. I recommended ordering from beyond hype though
