Site was user friendly, service quick and easy

Really nice caring company. Wide variety of products. Bit of a slow start with my first experience but due this was due to Covid. Customer support is very kind but sometimes can take a while to reply. Shipping for it's price is also pretty good. Overall I recommend ordering from here!

I very much appreciate that you provided free shipping, and that the product was shipped quickly. However, your online product descriptions do not include dimensions. The product ended up being much larger than I expected and it is not what I had in mind. If you would put dimensions on your website it would help a great deal. P.S. I changed my rating because the company was very responsive. They said they would start listing dimensions, and they sent a link to similar products in case I wanted to make an exchange. Their communication was clear and prompt.

Great bracelet a bit smaller than my other rastaclat but still fits fine
