Not sure how to independently verify the claims that these are better than much cheaper multivitamins

No backorders and having to foot the extra shipping cost because you are out of something should not fall on the customer, your products are expensive enough. There is also no incentive to purchase your products all the time.

Impressed with the multi vitamin, very disappointed that the product is out of stock. What's up with that??

Hi Alex, thanks for speaking with me and for your quick response. I was able to connect with Needak. They said they did not receive the info (pictures and email of the problem (Brittney had previous told me it was sent to them). After I forward the info I previous sent to Brittney, that stated there was no problem in how I installed the handle bar (this contradicts what Brittney replied to me: that I installed it incorrectly and that it was a user error on my part). Needak manager indicated that sometimes they put too much painting on the leg of the rebounding causing this problem of getting stuck when attempting to place the handle bar legs. So I received bad and wrong feedback from Brittney as well as delayed and not too kind in wanting to talk with me. They will send me out 2 replacement legs as well as guide me on removing the defective part. This has been way outstanding and I have not been able to use nor enjoy my product which could have been resolved long time ago. I hope this can be corrected for the future. I would like to purchase replacement of my supplements but prefer to deal with someone else. Please advise. -David

I called to request a product I'm sure we've ordered before and the staff member insisted you've never carried it. She gave me no encouragement that we could figure this out. So I asked her to ask another "senior" staff person and call me back if they found the product we've ordered from you before. No call and no solution as to where we can get this product. I've referred many people to Kyolic Garlic, pills, for cholesterol and now I won't refer them anymore unless I know you have it. KELLY - 916-515-4847

Okay beyond health is the best supplement choice out there but I am only going to give it three stars because 1. It is expensive 2. It doesn't have how the product is going to benefit me on the actual package so when people want to know why I use what I use I have to actually go online to explain it. It is frustrating. 3. The shipping is crazy expensive and so right now I need the multivitamins... they cost around $80 and then I'll pay $20 in shipping and so I'm looking at $100 when I can go to Costco and get organic multi vitamin for around $15 to $20... These products need to be sold on Amazon prime with free shipping and the features and benefits of the products need to be on the packaging. Or they should be sold at Costco!!!

No problem with website or service. Ultimately the vitamins are too expensive . Also regardless of stated claims, there's no way to prove the claimed superiority of the product. Vitamins for people with money to burn I suppose.
