I placed the order on 12/26 and it was…
I placed the order on 12/26 and it was not processed or shipped until 01/04. This always happens regardless of the holidays. Nevertheless, the products are good.

Payment process is risky
I have good experience but the payment process with international credit card is very difficult (have to call from Saudi Arabia and give my credit card data including the confidential number is very risky). I might not order again due to this reason.

Bought during cyberweek
Pricey products. No independent/objective test of the efficacy claimed. Order processing for shipping could be faster. Customer service is unhelpful (if they ever become available).

We were traveling when we saw the Black…
We were traveling when we saw the Black Friday sale. Tried to e-mail to see about making an order. No response to two e-mails. Finally decided to take a risk to order on an unsecured network with our IPad. Was successful but each time we selected a product, we had go back to the beginning and search for the next one from the beginning. Not too convenient. We would have called but it was after hours when we decided to order on line. Most other times the ordering has been easy.

Bad taste
I was looking forward to doing a C flush after surgery but was unable to due to the horrible taste of this product. Maybe they should consider flavoring it or something. I'll probably just fill up some empty capsules and take it that way.

I love the beyond health products! Shipping? No!
I love the beyond health products! However, I think your cost for shipping is very high. I ordered 8 supplements from a competitor and shipping was a flat rate of $5.95. I ordered one bottle of probiotics from Beyond Health and shipping was $13.44! Your product is wonderful...your shipping is out of line.

Easy to use
Easy to use, but would not send my purchase to a different location than the zip code on my debit card- it was a little inconvenient. Also the prices are very high.
