I like the products..
I want to love this company but I can’t say that. I like their products a lot. The customer service is not up to par. The shipping is expensive and slow. And their wording during promotions is condescending and confusing.

In this fast paced world websites need to be intuitive and clear. People don’t have time to read instructions. I have missed many savings opportunities because I did not have time to read things thoroughly. When I inquire, a customer facing company would find a way to work with the customer and not make them feel that it was their mistake.

Have always had a good experience with BH however it would be nice to know if you have a shipping issue. Still waiting on my order that was placed on Nov 5th. Hope this is just an odd glitch.

I have not felt a difference taking…
I have not felt a difference taking your vitamins. My sister spoke so highly of them but I am not feeling anything. maybe its too early still. I have been taking them for over 2weeks now and I'm still not feeling energized nor motivated. Guess it takes time.

had slow shipping before
Had slow shipping before, but now backorders because product is not in stock and was charged for product not shipped. have referred family to Beyond Health and they have had similar bad experience. Have looked and will find another supplier. Not to mention high shipping charges.

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. Delay of preparing the package to ship. Delay of credit back the money in my account when I cancel an order. Some products are tough to swallow; they are big and have rough edges. They need to refine the medicines for human consumption.
