Hello Louis, we never received a call or message from you, we apologize for the missed communication. We would of made it right with a refund or a credit for other products that could help your wife. Hello Celina, you purchased our Allergy Defense which has yellow powder in the capsules full of the amazing formula. The powder in each capsule is yellow like turmeric, and can stain very easily. This formula is in the bottle as well when manufacturing, so the safe cotton inside will stain to the actual pill capsule color. It is 100% safe as this is just the vitamin in the bottle, as manufactured. This is completely normal. The date placed on the Berry Meal Blast is the manufactured date. It has a 3 year shelf life after the manufactured date. If it is kept sealed and in a dry place, it can be good longer than that.

On 3/10/2022, customer called our office after hours and left a voice message. On 3/11/2022, we called the customer back, and the customer was informed that we would file a claim with FedEx in regards to his order not being received. It would take 7 to 10 business days for FedEx to send in a response. On 3/16/2022, customer was informed that FedEx considered his package lost and our shipping department would be shipping out a new package. On 3/18/2022, order was reshipped out and the customer was given the Tracking number by voicemail. On 3/20/2022 customer received his order minus the backordered Bone Mineral. The customer was not told that the Bone Mineral would be shipped out on 3/28/2022 to him, he was told as soon as we received the Bone Mineral we would ship out the product. We received the product back in stock on Friday 4/22/2022 and the 1 Bone Mineral was shipped out to the customer on 4/25/2022. We are sorry that the Bone Mineral was on backorder and also that FedEx lost the customer's package. We do feel we handled the customer calls and order issues in a timely manner and sent the backordered product to the customer just as soon as we received it.
