Jenny Smith was very thorough and repeated all information back to me to make sure everything was correct when booking. Process was very simple and within minutes I had the cheapest deal with this company after searching every other search engine for two days. Definitely would recommend 10/10. Thanks Jenny!!

Erika was truly great at both putting us at ease ( it’s my first time ever hearing of this company So we were a bit nervous) And helping us find great flights for our trip and exactly how we wanted. This is an amazing experience, especially with Erika. She help me so good and made my trip so easy. I came back from my trip on February 22nd and I am already in contact with her for my next trip. Thank you Erika, you are awesome. JD

So basically, my mother lost her phone in a different country that had her ticket on it. She couldn’t access her email at all. After having having failed attempts at retrieving her email, I decided to call Beyond Fares customer support and was directed to Adora. Adora was so pleasant and understanding of my mother’s circumstance. She figured out a way for my mother to get her ticket back. Was getting really stressed before I called her. A literal godsend. 10/10 Customer support.
