Beyond 20 provided an excellent teaching environment to certify me in ITIL. Day 1 thru 3, showcased stimulating exercises and emphasized high points. Erika Flora, promoted the comprehension of ITIL effortlessly. I have no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to be certified in the foundation.

Beyond20 is simply that; Beyond20. Brian did an outstanding job in presenting the course content. As with most courses, I was a little reluctant going into the course on if the course would meet the mark to prepare me for the certification exam. Without a doubt, this course not only prepared me for the exam but greatly increased my knowledge of the topics to better prepare me for my current job and "Beyond". Great job by the entire team that put the course content together and I look forward to increasing my ITIL knowledge by taking additional courses through Beyond20. Outstanding job!!!

I recently achieved my ITIL Expert certification thanks to Beyond20. I didn’t really know what to expect because it was so much info to retain in only 2 days with the third day as a review. Brian, however, reassured us at the beginning of the class that he will make sure that we are properly prepared to sit for the exam on the 3rd day. Beyond20’s approach to delivering material tries to hit all 3 styles of learning: Auditory, Visual and Kinesthetic. From the first module up to the review, Brian was not only able to bring the material to life but he was also able to reinforce with his diverse work experience. I’m planning to keep a constant watch over Beyond20’s website to see what other trainings they plan to offer in the future. I would highly recommend taking one of Beyond20 training to any and every one.

Confession: Day 1 found me a little overwhelmed by the size of the course manual and the "requirement" to certify by weeks end. I expected an onslaught of acronyms and process definitions followed by a challenging certification exam. Enter game changer Erika Flora and the Beyond20 ITIL Foundations training course to rewrite my expecations before day's end, and then to proceed in exceeding them. Erika is a gifted and engaging instructor whose knowledge and experience allow her to flesh out ITIL's skeletal processes in real world models relatable to our core business. Her enthusiasm and workshop style worked quickly to increase my knowledge of the ITIL concepts and to equip me with the confidence to not only achieve the desired certification, but to begin the work of applying those concepts within my work team.

My expectations were that I would be attending a 3 day course with semi-dry "PowerPoint by Death" material. Boy was I wrong, the instruction was exciting and very interactive which kept everyone involved and attentive to the materials being taught! I also scored extremely well on the ITIL / IT Service Management Final Exam which is a testament to the quality of the training material. Well worth the time and money spent! Also 24 PDUs for my PMP Recertification can't be beat either! Take this ITIL v3 Foundations Course you wont regret it!

This was a great class and the group size was perfect. The instructor, Erika Flora, is very knowledgeable and made the learning fun. She did a great job!
