I ordered the Boy Toy belt buckle. I asked if a rush could be put on it because the party was in a few days. They did. It arrived 6 days before the party. Greatest customer service I have ever had. The belt is exactly as pictured. Made very well. Plus they are the only co. that carries her original buckle. Other all have rhinestones. Thank you BeWild. I will defiantly buy from them again.

I was very scared to ordered after reading all the reviews below, I was even scared to hit the pay now button after I placed Items in my cart, I second guessed many times I decided to email the store to make sure the item I wanted was in stock before buying because some of the reviews said that they canceled orders without any noticed, and let me tell you that they emailed back with a response right away letting me know that if the Item said it was in stock that it meant it indeed was availiable for purchase, everything went smoothly after that, I received the item as described which was a pair of very unique pants that arent even sold instores anymore for a very fair price, the shipping was suppoused to take 1-2 weeks but I actually got it in 2 days I was very happy and decided to share my expirence for other people out there who are also scared to buy due to bad reviews I did not get paid to write this, Im an actual costumer and I am very happy with my purchase and cannot wait to buy from them again.

I ordered two cigarette cases and got them within a week without any problems. They seem to be new and in excellent condition. I received an email receipt immediately after purchasing, then a tracking number the next day. I guess I just got lucky, or had a good experience because I didn’t have to deal with customer service or returning anything.

DONT BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I placed an order 4 days ago, I received the email that stated it would send a tracking number 24-48 hours after my order was placed. I never received the email so kept checking my order status in hopes it would at least say "processing" it never did. Then I started looking up reviews, saw all the bad ones and started panicking. I emailed them explaining I had even got a processing email and asked if it had been sent or anything. They responded WITHIN THE HOUR with a very nice and helpful email including my tracking number which says it will be delivered in a couple days, as it said on the site. Very happy with their customer service.

So i ordered a pair of UFO pants from bewild.com. I needed them asap! (In one week) im in Canada. I emailed them asking if they could try to get them to me asap without having to pay an extra 44$ for shipping.... THEN... I read reviews for the site... They were ALL bad!!! I started freaking out, stressing...Had a hard time with tracking too... But then... Pants arrived within 6 days!!!! So pumped!!

UPDATE (only a few minutes later, I know) After the repeated bad phone call experience this morning I received a call from a the owner and he was very nice, very polite, and in general single-handedly restored my faith in a company that I have relied on for so many years. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! You will be ripped off, hung up on, yelled at, belittled, and otherwise cheated of your money. Keep your money. Find somewhere else, a vendor that does not feel that customer service is not a worthwhile investment and that a customer is more than an excuse to be rude! I purchased such an innocuous item, shoes, china flats in pale pink. After two weeks, and being yelled at by no less than 4 "customer service representatives" for complaining that the shoes are the wrong size, and then that 'replacement' was an offensive color, I was told that my concerns were rude, aggressive and badgering. While I have purchased from this company in the past with no issue, I was shocked, appalled, and offended that a company taking my money would feel free to abuse my patronage in such away. RUN, Run far far far away. There are much better vendors out there that will actually treat you with respect! If it were possible to leave no stars, I would have.

Our PTA ordered tshirts for our school. Price, quality, customer service & fast turn around were all remarkable. Highly recommend Bewild

We have a puppy that chews all our lighters. I bought these chrome lighter holders so he couldn't bite them. The order come in quicker than I thought it would and was really pleased with the product. I'm going back to the web site and see if there is any thing else I could use. Thanks for a good job.
