I reached out to Beverly Hills Car Club to sell my vehicle, but the experience was highly frustrating. After providing all the necessary details, I never received a call back or any follow-up. They claim to buy cars quickly and efficiently, but their communication is completely lacking. If they aren't interested in a vehicle, they should at least have the professional courtesy to let the seller know instead of leaving them hanging. I would not recommend wasting your time trying to sell to them

I paid in full for a 1967 Oldsmobile in October 2025. The dealership never paid correct department of motor vehicle fees. It's been 4 months and still don't have a California certificate of title, pink slip or new license plates that was negotiated in the contract.

What a rip...My husband bought a 1934 Morgan from them. Sent us a video with someone driving it. It was a very expensive car to buy. It was a dream car for him. Delivered it late a night, push it up the driveway into the garage. The next day we went out to start it. Fat chance of that, the starter was sitting on the front seat. Car has never started, it has been to 2 different car repair shops. I would never recommend this dealership.
