Customer Service didn't honor 30% discount - BEWARE!
"I am incredibly frustrated with the checkout process and customer service at Better Voice in Springville, Utah. During checkout, I used the PVTP30 promo code for a 30% discount, but the system glitched and removed it as soon as I entered my email address, ultimately charging me $11.98 more. When I contacted support, they refused to honor the code, stating it was only for existing customers. Punishing new customers with a bait-and-switch discount experience is terrible business practice. Buyers beware of these sneaky checkout tactics and unhelpful support!"

We’re sorry for any confusion, Terry. The PVTP30 code is a loyalty discount intended for returning Better Voice customers. It was not sent directly to you, and it appears you may have found it through a third-party coupon website that lists unofficial or restricted codes. Because this was your first order, the code was not eligible to apply at checkout. There was no checkout glitch or bait-and-switch involved, and we certainly never intend to mislead customers. As a courtesy, we still provided a 10% refund toward your order after you contacted support. We always encourage customers to use the official discounts available directly through our website or email signup offers.
