Had an order being delivered by Better Trucks and the driver pulled into my driveway and stayed there about a minute then backed up and drove away. They never got out of the car and all recorded on my ring camera. A minute later my order showed as being delivered. Clearly I know the driver stole the package and I sent the video to both Better Trucks and the company that sent the product. The company resent the item immediately and guess what, used the same company with the same person coming back to my home but instead of pulling into the driveway they parked on the street. I put in the remarks to put package on porch which they did follow instructions. Now I stated I sent Better Trucks the information never heard back and apology or anything even after emailing them twice. Personally I don't know why companies use them but know for sure I never will and if I knowingly know a company will use them I won't buy their product out of concern.

Horrible company! Purchased an item on Vinted and she sent it through Better Trucks. Was supposed to be delivered June 16-19. When it didn’t arrive, I went online and their reply stated they have 25 days to deliver!! Sent in THREE requests through their portal, no reply. Called phone number listed, automated message says to use portal for contact. Called their Florida number, it was for another company. My next stop is the BBB in Chicago.

Driver delivered across the street. He then waited for me to go inside, can across the street then stole a storage bin that I was presently using.

I found two boxes ON TOP of my mailbox. If I hadn't been home today they would have been stolen. I am on a main road. I cannot believe how they left these boxes. Never again.

This is NOT a real delivery company. They can't access apartments. I had multiple non-delivery notices and when they FINALLY got back to me, they said they needed a code. What reputable company needs an apt code? I lived here for 10 years and no company ever asked for a gate code. None. Why? They are reputable and this is not. This company is a sham and possibly a scam.

They took the time to deliver it exactly where I wanted it, which is really valuable on a college campus, but the drivers will call you and text you because they are confused about where to go. The quick delivery is nice but I’d almost rather wait a day for ups or fedex to deliver without bothering me. I haven’t used food delivery apps or taxi apps so it threw me off to have someone pull up in their personal vehicle when I was expecting a weathered delivery company to give it right to the campus mail services. I really appreciate the drivers though!!

Placed an order on December 2, 2025. It is now December 19. Last week, I received 2 “delivery attempted” notifications, which I know is false because my other 2 items that were placed on December 2 got delivered and the other stuff did not. not only do they provide you with a phone number for customer service support, when you get to the right extension, they tell you that they no longer have customer service support via phone which defeats the whole purpose of having a customer service phone number! the most disappointing, unprofessional delivery service courier that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. please, stay away at all costs if you’re looking for a reliable, sufficient delivery service courier.

If I could give zero stars, I would! They delivered my very expensive package to the wrong house, not once but twice!! The first time they sent a picture and it wasn’t even in our neighborhood. The second time we required a signature, and they still delivered it to our neighbors house and got no signature, even though the neighbors were home all day. Not sure who they are hiring but clearly they can’t read an address.
