I would not recommend bettershot.ai as AI photos just don't come close to studio photos. Spend the extra money and get professional studio photos instead

Brad, sorry we couldn't help you find your best look despite providing two complimentary retries and retouches. We've sent you an email confirming your refund. Let us know if in the future there's anything we can help with. All the best!

Matt
Initially about half of my photos were unsuitable with the images generated giving me hair coverage that has sadly been lacking for about 20 years. After contacting Bettershot though, they produced another set of very high quality images, all correctly rendered with my closely shaved head. I really appreciated the quick turn around time for both the initial, and subsequent images, and the personal service provided by Bettershot’s co-founders.
