BetterPhoto Inc.Reviews of betterphoto.com

I love Betterphoto, the contest and the members of it. I have many friends and I enjoy beautiful photographies every day. I have had also the opportunity to learn new techniques and tips to take better images by taking several courses. Thank you Betterphoto!!!

I've had a website with BetterPhoto for over twenty years.. When renewing my website I inadvertently keyed in the wrong website type. I immediately emailed BetterPhoto and asked for help. They replied a couple of weeks later that they were on it. That was almost a year ago. They no longer even reply to my queries... Very very disappointing

I've asked repeatedly for BetterPhoto to fix an issue I'm having not receiving any of my notifications. I pretty much got a shoulder shrug and no help.

I have been with BP a very long time, if I didn't like it I would have left a very long time ago. My criticism is for the new influx of photos with "sentiments" like they are memes. I get LOTS of emails with Landscapes. Every time I look they are getting some kind of award. Where is equal time for Portraits and such.... BTW I am still waiting for a response to my question

I got the gallery I want.

Did not know my subscription ran out! Glad that I was able to renew it!

The BetterPhoto Team helped me renew my membership after it had expired. They were informative, patient and helpful. I appreciate the way the team handled my request.
