Worst VPN I have ever used. What is the purpose of using the VPN when all your browsing is suddenly stopped or too slow? They should work on their software instead of working on cool marketing techniques. The customer service is not responsive and thanks to God that I only take a one month subscription. Please beware of buying this piece of garbage.

They don't even deserve 1 star, they make it really hard to cancel your subscription, I had to end up sending 10 messages(no exaggeration) to their support team in order to get it cancelled, they ignored my first 3 attempts which were all about 1 month apart so ive ended up wasting three months subscription on this !! Its a down right scam and avoid at all costs ! In the end I had to resort to spamming them to get them to respond. Absolutely shocking.

T&Cs on installation require that: "You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information in accordance with Betternet’s Privacy Policy" "If you choose to use the free Service, Betternet may deliver third-party advertisements (“Advertisements”) to you." This isn't really what VPN is about, nor do they mention the advertisements in their 'how do we make money' section.
