Customer service is TRASH
Can't cancel the subscription and they keep asking stupid and dumb questions. Employee won't cancel my subsription this is real madness.

Had to pay without using any service
Stay away from this app. After a free trial, I have been paying for more than a year without getting any sort of updates. Most apps with free trials would make sure you are ready to pay a monthly fee with automatic renewals. This VPN isn't user-friendly in this matter. I asked for a refund for services I never used. I've been sent a link to their terms and conditions. As if anyone is reading these before using an app. Anyway.. Leaving with a very bitter taste.

Slowed down my computer so much
Slowed down my computer so much, when I turned on the VPN my mouse would lag and it would be like that for at least 10 minutes. This thing is more malware than an actual app.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
So I just signed up for the 1-week free trial with my credit card detail and I planned to cancel it before the "real" subscription begins. So I e-mailed the customer service centre to cancel my subscription when the free trial was about to end. It was May 24 and writing this on August 24 and they haven't cancel my subscription until now and the money I have wasted is more than $100. Terrible customer service, they purposely create delays in the process so they can "eat" your money.

Worst VPN I have ever seen
Worst VPN I have ever seen. The connection is downright terrible. I get mediocre speeds for about 30 seconds then, POOF: 'NO INTERNET'. Terrible. DO. NOT. BUY!

I can't unsubscribe
I can't unsubscribe, got charged for 7-day FREE trial, hadn't used it since the second day I got it. Almost impossible to cancel the subscription and no way to call either. Awful company and a fat scam.

Betternet is TRASH!
I find it ridiculous the way they provide their services. I subscribed to the "7 day free trial" and after adding in my credit card details I figured I could just cancel it within 7 days. Nope! I couldn't find an option ANYWHERE to cancel the subscription. So, I had to resort to CANCELING my credit card because support wouldn't contact me back! Don't even think about using this trash VPN. I'm also positive that the premium version and free version both SELL YOUR DATA! Don't even waste your time with this complete scam!
