i do not like iot i wather have zepound
Response from BetterMe RxMay 8, 2026
Hello Margaret, We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that the medication ordered and prescribed was Semaglutide injections, not Tirzepatide. These are different medications with different treatment plans and pricing structures. We also note that you were still in the very early stages of treatment, as the starter dosages are intentionally gradual to allow the body to safely adjust to the medication. Our support team is always happy to discuss alternative treatment options when appropriate, and we encourage patients to contact us directly so we can help find the best solution for their goals. We sincerely wish you the best on your health journey. – BetterMe Rx Support

HI Marshall, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — you’re absolutely right to expect both accurate dosing and timely communication. It looks like we missed the mark here, and we also recently identified an issue that may have impacted our ability to receive and respond to some emails and calls. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when trying to get this resolved. We’ve since corrected those issues on our end and would really like the opportunity to make this right for you. Our team is reaching out directly to get you set up properly and ensure everything is handled correctly moving forward. If you’d like to contact us directly, please email [email protected] and we’ll prioritize your case. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and the chance to improve. Best regards, BetterMe Rx Support
