The intake process went well and the approval and delivery was fairly quick. The only negative I experienced was on day 4 after my injection. I woke up feeling very dizzy. I messaged my care team in the morning to ask if it was safe to take Dramamine. No response back all day. The next day I was still experiencing some dizziness. I messaged the care team again, no response. I messaged for the third time that evening with no response. I finally got a response back that night saying I could take Dramamine. By then my symptoms had subsided.

The communication with BetterMe Rx has been impressive from the start. The customer service replied quickly to my questions when I first started and helped me figure out what was best for me. I also appreciate the emails they send to keep me posted on when my order is being shipped and the ongoing updates until it arrives at my door. Something I wanted to note since it’s getting into the hot months, if the cold pack is no longer cold when you open it, there is a note that says that the medication is still ok and remains effective for 7 days. I have lost 10 pounds since starting with BetterMe Rx. Definitely helping me enjoy my summer more!
