Quick response and turn around
As a brand new customer, the efficacy of medication is still to be determined. However, the process was extremely quick and easy. The entire process took less than 48 hours from beginning to meds sent. I believe I had them on my doorstep within 3 days, possibly 4. When I reached out with a question regarding future shipping, I received a response within 48 hours. I did a lot of shopping around first, which means I did a lot of intake forms to find pricing. Because I didn’t finish these, I did get a lot of phone calls asking if I needed help. It got incredibly annoying and was pretty obnoxious. I don’t understand how those people would call me, but I can’t find a customer service phone number.

Not losing as much as we thought and fed ex is supposed to call when they deliver and they have not called once yet
