Hi We’re really sorry to hear about your experience—that sounds extremely frustrating, and we completely understand why you’d feel this way. We do want to clarify that Better Future Finance does not engage in outbound cold calling. Based on what you’ve described, it’s very likely these calls are coming from a third-party source or another company entirely. That said, we take matters like this very seriously and don’t want anyone to have a negative experience tied to our name in any way. If you’re open to it, please email us at [email protected] with the phone number that’s been receiving these calls. We’ll immediately investigate and reach out to our lead providers and partners to ensure your number is removed from any associated calling lists. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like to help resolve this as quickly as possible. – Better Future Finance Team
