Placed two separate orders on the one day got one of them and three days later and I’m still waiting for the other one

Hi, thanks for your orders. You should have received tracking information for both of them. As you note, one is still on the way. I checked and USPS says it is indeed late. It was shipped on Monday and hopefully will arrive tomorrow. I apologize on behalf of USPS but of course we have no control over USPS operations and sometimes they do run late. Wonderful
Wonderful. I learned my lesson trying to save a few bucks by buying a lesser product, but nothing compares to the quality found at Better Display Cases. If you really care about what you are displaying, don't cut corners.

Nice display case. The first one delivered by UPS was cracked. After notifying Better Display Cases they promptly sent out a replacement. Great communication and service.
