Prima casino met een leuk spelaanbod
Vandaag heb ik een gokje gewaagd bij Betsomnia. Na het storten via iDeal stond het bedrag binnen 5 minuten op mijn account en kon ik beginnen met spelen. Na een tijdje spelen heb ik een leuke winst behaald. Toen ik deze winst wilde laten uitbetalen, werd dit aanvankelijk afgekeurd en werd mij gevraagd om een aantal documenten te uploaden ter verificatie. Dit is een gebruikelijke procedure en wordt door bijna alle niet-Nederlandse casino's toegepast. Na het uploaden van de gevraagde gegevens werd mijn uitbetaling direct goedgekeurd en stond het bedrag een paar uur later op mijn bankrekening. Al met al een prima casino! Ik begrijp dan ook niet waarom er negatieve reviews zijn. Als je gewoon doet wat ze vragen, verloopt alles probleemloos!

The helpdesk is perfect
The helpdesk is perfect! I contacted them and they where always kind and correct and helpfull! I was a little nervous by reading the negative reviews, but ii must say that this is not true. Yes, it takes a while, but an overseas transfer takes a couple of days. Just be patient. I must admitt, i was'nt because again...the reviews. I guess this is written by many frustrated people. And no, i am not connected to Betsomnia. Just great casino! Thanks to Vincent the manager, Olivia and sorry, i forget all the names, but you are top👍👌Till the next round 😃😊

10/10 recommend. Had to wait just a couple of days for my 5000 withdrawal after verification. Customer service also really quick to respond as well to help you out with your questions. Overall a good casino.
