Disappointing handling of a promised bonus Yesterday I deposited €25 at BetSixty and, during the deposit process, I explicitly selected the promotion offering a 100% Deposit Bonus and a 20% Free Bet. The deposit was only credited to my account the following day, but the promised bonus and free bet were not added. I contacted customer support about this issue. I spoke with Randy, but he refused to help me resolve the problem. I then asked BetSixty to check the relevant deposit, promotion and chat logs, as these should show that I selected the promotion when making the deposit. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told that I should make another deposit of at least €30 and then contact them again, after which they would manually credit the bonus and free bet. Why should I have to deposit another €30 to receive a promotion that I already selected with my original €25 deposit? From my perspective, I did everything required. I selected the promotion and made the deposit. If something went wrong due to a technical or system issue on BetSixty's side, I don't believe the customer should be responsible for that. I have asked BetSixty to properly investigate the original deposit and the relevant logs and to credit the 100% Deposit Bonus and 20% Free Bet that I selected. So far, this has been a very disappointing customer service experience. I hope BetSixty will still resolve this fairly and credit the bonuses without requiring me to make another deposit.

Dear Martin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the matter was promptly reviewed by our team, and the relevant circumstances were assessed to ensure that the issue was addressed appropriately. We also contacted you directly to provide clarification and assist you further with the matter. Following the review, the situation was resolved, and the applicable bonus was credited to your account. We are therefore pleased that the matter was ultimately addressed and that you were able to benefit from the promotional offer. While we acknowledge that the initial process may not have met your expectations, we believe it is important to consider the outcome of the investigation, as well as the assistance and resolution provided by our team. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and remain committed to handling such matters fairly and in accordance with our established procedures. Best regards, BetSixty Team

Update; Helaas willen ze niet uitbetalen. Heel jammer. Top ervaring! -Donovan Walter
