Same experience what another customers have. They never pays out withdrawals. Its total scam. Can believe MGA have licenced that kind of scam site. Hope everybody makes complaints to MGA and we can get that kind of cheaters out of gambling business.

Scam casino. Your withdraw will never been pays. Already waiting more then a month… they keep talk about documents, but everytime I ask what they want, it took a week for an answer.

I've been uploading documents since December 10th when I first made my account and they still keep asking for more documents it's insane! I cleared my bonus fair and square and now they are playing the waiting game with me seeing if I'm going to gamble my winnings while i wait for my verification documents to be "revised". Well im NOT.. im holding onto my winnings as long as it takes to get paid out like every other legitimate authentic gambling website. It shouldn't take 72 hours to review one document in 2022. I uploaded my credit card, ID, bank statement, proof of address you name it and it's still not enough!! I'm at the point wondering if I'm ever going to get paid out. I've uploaded 8 damn documents by now they have all my info and I have nothing to show for it! What a scam of a company. How the hell do these companies get gambling lisences when they don't ever pay out their customers it's really quite alarming.

It took 4+1 days for reviewing my documents, when I asked when are they are going to process my wihtdrawal up to 72hours. so if you plan to make deposit here earliest you can get your winnings back is 1week sounds really like they are paying from the last weeks losses back to you. anyways they show themselves as "pay n play" casino where you can register with 3ds verification But when you try to withdraw it takes "up to" 7days.
