Extremely disappointing experience so far
Extremely disappointing experience. I claimed a no deposit bonus, completed all of the wagering requirements exactly as set out in the terms and conditions, and requested the maximum cashout allowed under the bonus rules. I then submitted every verification document requested, all of which were valid and accepted. My withdrawal has now been pending for over 3 days with no progress. Customer support only provides generic, automated responses, and my emails are not being properly answered. I’m simply asking for my withdrawal to be processed or for a clear explanation. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this casino.
