When I started playing slots a BetRivers it was fun and I won real money, I was a 9 on their players reward scale, which if you play there it's not an easy accomplishment. I have had to self suspend myself from this on-line casino because they are absolutely manipulating the games. If you play a game at this casino and win, you will never win on the game again. You can spend hundreds of dollars on this site and never bonus on a game. Which is my experience. The people who win big on this site are always "anonymous" Then you have the regulars who flood the chat with personal information about their health, home, whatever. Most times I feel like I'm playing at a frat house, as these regulars are constantly requesting "free bingo games" where they too, are manipulated as the same group of names are winners. Then there's the trivia games, the same folks requesting Bingo are the same players for Trivia. Recently just to be clear with my thoughts, I played their slot games and after $1000.00, I gave up and self suspended, I will have to evaluate if I want to play here in the future, especial when there are better cites that payout more frequently and have no annoying side games and chatters interfering with gameplay. BTW I am now a 5 on their player rewards scale and if I were to tell you the lifetime win lose dollar amount, YOU'D SAY I WAS INSANE. Save your money there are two other Michigan online casinos that are far better and are BIG name, that pay BIG, and frequently, the experiences are more rewarding and you won't feel like you're playing at a college frat house where the friends are the winners.

Everyone knows that it's gambling, you should expect to lose. The MI online app is a complete ripoff and takes the entertainment and fun right out of it! Not only do you rarely and I mean rarely win from the slots low payouts to the blackjack games producing mathematically impossible wins for the house. I really did enjoy the rivers app I’ve been playing for about 2 years i ha d invested 21k and I have not received that much back. Will I am still stuck I was almost a 9 now I’m a 7 and dropped bc I will not pay then another 21 dollars. It’s not about money or bonus it’s about principle that I do not owe them. I payed with cash at 711 on the app through vanilla direct. And they say they have received the payment I’ve talked to vanilla directly they say it went through provided me with a murchant receipt number and I still have my original receipt from 711. And I have my code bar numbers that I used still since august 26 th they are still telling me that now 711 voided the payment. When they told me vanilla direct did in fact vioddd the payment after 4 hours of receiving it. Every time I talk to Rivers’s it’s someone else’s fault and if I want to play on their site I have to pay them 21 dollars to make it go away. They did give a stupid 25 dollar bonus to get me to put another 21 on the game My wronging to all of you receipts don’t mean a thing. It’s what their help team sees on their computer screen no help what’s so ever. It is not my fault that they have lost thd 21dollars so they say it shoukd bd up to them to find it not me I did everything that was expected of me as a consumer and was failed by them. Like I said I did enjoy playing on their site but is not worth the risk. My bank had even texted me about fraud with you phone device So im wondering be careful just so you k is back up like receipts …… it’s still their say over yours and screw all the info you might have your not going to win here.

Don't use this app. I tried to withdraw my last $50 from my account but its impossible to get it. They request new uploads of my credit card, license etc. When I complained to their helpdesk, instead of helping, they requested even more documents be uploaded. (selfies etc.). But they have no problem taking deposits and letting you play as long as you lose. Don't use this app, the negative reviews are consistent and real.

I won 1k USD on this site with a small deposit. They proceeded to KYC my account, deny all my Identification documents and then they banned me from using support as the lady who I was talking to simply did not want to deal with it. I've wagered thousands between Bet MGM and Caesars, and the verification was quick and had no issues. Not BetRivers though, They asked for a signed social security card, bank statement, multiple forms of ID, you would think I was joining the army or something. I sent the documentation, they denied it and I am unable to get a reason as I am blocked from support. They have no phone number. I filed complaint against Colorado gambling commission. It is clear this company is planning their exit currently as other smaller sportsbooks in CO have. Their support does not give a rats tail about new customers and intentionally make a very over the top and strict KYC process to encourage users to lose their money. I am only happy because my deposit was only 25 dollars but they stole 1000 USD from me. I wish I could attach documentation for evidence but beware, this is not a US based company and is by far the worst sportsbook in CO. Avoid at all costs, I only used them for a 2nd chance bet. If I was a betting man, and I am, I would wager this sportsbook is out of Colorado within a year.

Today, I literally loss $500 on Double Diamonds, one of my favorite games, without getting a single hit. What the game does it will trigger a “flip” right before the objects are attempting to fall on the line. In my opinion this is “rigged” and makes it impossible to win any real money! I understand that it is all about random draws, but to install an additional flip trigger within the game, is simply fraud. I've been trying to collect my winnings since may 27 2023 and finally a month later thought ibwas going to succeed after uploading one of the debit cards I've used and it was accepted they also emailed me telling me I now have access to my account amd they hope I can enjoy the games they offer so I request my withdraw of 300 amd deposit 25 only to find that I'm still blocked from real money wagering. Contacted support to request refund amd was told I could request withdraw and they couldn't tell me more info as it's internal investigation amd keep am eye for an email. Here it's July 5 2023 amd still don't see the light and still told the same thing. They are absolutely the most horrible customer service incompetent group of people over had the pleasure dealing with. Horrible scam app! I will never spend a dime with them again! Promise! Crooks who take their sweet time processing withdrawals but are quick to take deposits! I recommend barstools or BetParx for reasonable withdrawal times!
