They said I would uploading more documents with my bank statements, copy of proof of cashed checks and more. These were just stalls without any real progress. So my frustration was so bad, I decided to play my money and it was just a losing way out of this situation. Lost everything, as I believe they intended me to do. Contacting Gaming Commission and filling a complaint.

Absolute garbage casino because of the customer service and the unproperly working geolocation tracker. honestly id give them a zero site is total set up for them to win you win cash out then you stop winning and if you complaint they other one time credit where you win a little once you cash out you back to losing stay away id look up other casino or go to a real one where you have chance.

Trust me, don't bet with Rivers. Quick to take your money, but will never pay out winnings- ever! It really is unbelievable that the Pa gambling commission allows them to stay in business.
