Bet Rivers SUCKS!!! Ive been waiting for a reply for over a week. I call and email the screen shots that CLEARLY shows I won the online game but game software didn't pay out....scam artists

i been playing with Betrivers for a while,i loss on every deposit,never wins,i loss a lot of money with them trying to see what the game do/have fun with the game,never happens,they scamming me big time,they are fraudulent/scamming,i feel they need to be look into/ investigated on this not right at all,they just taking /taking,you see nothing but bad spins every time,they are not good people to play with,a lot of cheating--but thanks

Horrible company. Extortion specialists. Tried to make a withdrawal and they will only do that after uploading bank statements, selfies, copy of license, copy of bank card. Meanwhile, they took a deposit with just my debit info. Customer service is useless. Told them to send me a check and they said they still need all that info. Why would they need a copy of my bank statement to send me a check????

Betrivers is by far the worst gambling site in the history of gambling... No joke either. I can't get into my account and not just 4 fake agents but I was talking to the boss, and guess what?? They don't know anything bahaha . You might as well put 5 year old kids in the management team، cause they would be able to figure it out... Please ppl don't waste your time on this garbage site. This totally a scam site, I play goonies every time, every time I lose, waiting for the day it will actually pay me, bonuses constantly getting cancelled or when getting the bonus it pays 0, yes zero, just don't know how this site is not looked into

You all save your money and trust me on this. You might get lucky and win but you won’t see your funds. I deposited 50.00 and went to play and thought it let me deposit it wouldn’t let me play so I reached out. Went to log in today and it’s closed…. So goes my money and my acct. kind of glad cause they were a pain to deal with so no worries… just want my money I’m due that’s all!! Or maybe a reason as to why it’s closed???? Try BetMGM or Draftkings!! Trust my word!!

This site closed my account and banned me for asking the live agent if he was an idiot ! I was a vip with them and deposited well over $40,000 with them in a 2 month span. They won’t return my emails nor send me my money on my account. Shady site. Please beware
