this app is full of shit i gamble on plenty other apps an never had my money stolen from me the fact that it's been 7 months an i still havent gotten my almost 1000 i'm pissed an then have the nerve to tell me it's a court order to hold my funds for what????? all my accounts are legit an i use them on other apps an no problem i was playing the slots an won over 1000 an they locked my account with no explanation at all the chat is worthless keep telling me the same shit over an over an i can see from all these reviews i'm not the only one we need to get a lawsuit going cuz im ready to be petty over my lil money that i won fair an if that's the case i want all my money back i ever spent on that stupid app

This is the biggest absolute scam of all! Like it drives me nuts to know there is no oversight on this.Its not bad luck it's just a scam.! You People should really just be super ashamed of yourselves! You know exactly what's going on here and the fact that bet rivers is allowed to operate is honestly disgusting.I don't even have to put in this review what the problem is they know..So for anybody curious about Bet Rivers in Philadelphia and deleware dont...Just go somewhere else unless you wanna donate you're money to them.Coming from a thorough gambler that's far from stupid.This place will take ur money and I mean fast!! They take your deposits no issues. I won $800 on a slot, they needed passport, cancelled check, bank statement, selfie…I was waiting for them to request a blood and urine sample. This is a very, very, shady and intrusive company. I would not be surprised if I start seeing fraudulent charges in my bank account. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR BETRIVERS.COM

This goes out to all customers BetRivers uses a company named Trustly for deposits and withdrawals customer beware. On April 21, 2025 in the evening I checked my email and there were 21 deposits attempts totaling $615 dollars all from BetRivers. I reported this to BetRivers and they said they would look into this matter they came back with a statement and in that statement they made a response of saying that someone inside my home probably had access to my account when it’s only me and my toddler son. So I had the gaming commission look into this and they came back with the same response. So I replied to Trustly that handles the payments for BetRivers and they responded with a bunch of of deposits on the day in question and I looked into myself and noticed in my bank statements that no of the deposits matched my bank account. Please be aware of this fraudulent activity and also keep in mind that Trustly is a company located in Sweden. 🚨🚨🚨🚨

It’s been 3 weeks my game froze on me while I was on a bonus game winning 550 then I had 7 free games . It never let me have the 7 free games now my 550 .00 . I keep calling and the live chat is a joke . I even took a screenshot of it and forwarded it to them .
