First time customer, and I enrolled under the first time player CASINOBACK which say you can recoup your lost within the first 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and still nothing. When I call the 800 number it says all agents are busy and the best way to reach out is the Live Chat, Then it automatically hangs up. As far as the Live Chat, I can't find it anywhere on the app. I don't recommend Bet Rivers to my worst enemy But I do recommend Fanatics Sports, they get it and uphold all they Advertise.

You can literally lose hundreds to thousands of dollars and only win a handful of times VERY small bonuses. I think that they must be struggling financially compared to other online gambling sites and really tighten up their games. Take your money elsewhere. This is supposed to be fun. It isn't fun if the casino doesn't allow for anyone to win.
