Betrivers is a joke anymore is it possible to report them to the gaming comission or the better business burea cause i believe their just taking people money and they need to be investigated i played on one phone and recorded on the other and the machine would repeat the same possition and the machine would do longer spins the bonus money is nothing compared to what you spend think its time to move on

after 2 hours of trying to log on with geolocating in my house that i have always logged in at and trying to reach their support line with no response. I have determined that this site and casino is a fraud. I would not trust this to anyone. No customer service no response and I still have over a grand in the account and no response. Taking this to the Michigan House representative to review and hopefully get them blocked from taking anymore michiganders money! I would not use them if they were the last one on earth.

This site must be ran by bots. If you watch the guarantee payouts you will get called AAall in with 9 2 off until you buy back in the 5 times until they get their $$ guaranteed and will flop top set and the bots will get running cards. I play live and played when poker was legal in the USA but this is ridiculous. You can call the cards that will come for the computer. Warning before downloading. They will never last as a site being dishonest.

After losing thousands of dollars at this site, I came back a few months later, and they reduced my betting limits drastically! I was placing four hundred five hundred dollar bets back then, and now I can't bet anything over twenty five dollars! WTF

Stay far away and don’t gamble here. The site does pay quickly which was great but over a year of playing here, excited and looking for a regulated site to play on here in DE, it never happened. They just take your money and if you do win it will be small, and then they just take it back QUICKLY! The slots are tight, poker is a joke and the river card almost always comes so if you do play make sure you get it in with the worst hand because you will hit. They will provide bonus money but again they just take it back through their games. It just felt like a scam and I wish the State of DE would review this site. I love to gamble and have play at many sights online and at live casinos all over the US, and BetRivers is one of the worst I’ve associated with. I understand gambling is a losing venture but this is beyond losing, it borders on thief. Just my personal opinion…..best of luck!

They practice predatory gambling on everyone and their "Hosts" pretend that they are your friend. Once you run out of money, they don't know you. Daniel Birdsall was my VIP Host. He wont even respond to me now instead I get message from a flunky named Eriq closing my account after losing 7 figures ... MFers... I'll see them in Court...

It's not a matter of gambling and losing. It's the Bet Rivers manipulates their casino games to provide the lowest possible payouts. The patterns on the game are the same during the same time of day. The payouts are based on the amount you spend and not random at all. They will tell you they are regulated but the state's don't monitor what they do with the programming of their games. The state's only regulate the games you'll find on this app/site but they are the same games found on all the apps/sites. What BerRivers does is program them to the lowest payouts and manipulates.
