Please please do not give these a second thoughts. I was scammed, but all I can do is selflessly make sure no one else gets scammed. They are not licensed, their terms and conditions make largely false claims as I verified with the relevant license bodies and they are not one of their operators. All the positive reviews are the sites own or people vying for an initial bonus. If you have to sell a review it says a lot

Firstly do not be taken in by the positive reviews on here, that is why the positive reviews contain the players usernames, so the casino can identify them and reward them for the biased reviews. This casino offers free spins for favourable reviews so don't believe what you read. I have received emails offering bonuses in exchange for 5 star reviews. Via chat I asked for account closure as I was spending too much, they told they would not and to email support. I emailed them to close the account due to gambling issues and they ignored it. I lost more. 4 days later I again emailed their support requesting account closure and they ignored again. I spent more. Won a little and tried to withdraw but it is impossible, they just return it to your account. Verification is impossible, there is no way to meaningfully do it. I tried uploading docs, emailing as attachments etc but no feedback at all. Please do not use this casino. They pray on players with gambling issues and bribe players for positive review. UPDATE I emailed complaints@ betnuvo.com as is advertised on their site and the email bounced back: 'Your message wasn't delivered to complaints@ betnuvo.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.' They also claim to have a Licence but don't actually hold one. Run a mile! Update 30th. My betnuvo account is still very much open though I have asked numerous times for it to be closed. Update 01/09/2024 My Betnuvo account is still very much open and they are still not replying to my emails. Update 06/10/24. My account is still open. They refuse to close it.
