BetninjaReviews of betninja.com

Won £350 yesterday at 6.30am, had to verify my address bank account etc and was paid today at 1:40pm.. really don’t get some of negative reviews clearly sore losers who can’t stand losing 😂 great experience for me anyways 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very quick verification. Just make sure you upload what they are asking for. It's that simple. Had a few wins, payout in my account within 24hrs. Highly rated compared to the big boys on GamStop as it's fun while you're playing and it feels like you stand a chance if winning. Do not listen to the bad reviews.

I created an account at Betninja exactly 1 week ago, and my experience has been very positive overall. During the KYC verification process, I made a small mistake while uploading my documents. I contacted live support, and (Jess) was incredibly friendly, making sure I was fully verified within just one minute. Last Tuesday, I requested a payout of €1,750. Within 24 hours, I received an email confirming it was successful, and the money was in my bank account just 15 minutes later. Last Thursday, I made two more withdrawals of €2,500 and €1,000. Once again, I neatly received a success email, and the funds arrived within 15 minutes. This is exceptionally fast, especially since I was used to waiting up to 96 hours and sometimes even longer at my previous casino. I did experience an issue three times where my deposits did not immediately show up in my balance. (I think a technical glitch on the side of their payment provider) However, each time I contacted live support (Tim, Mihaela, and Andy) handled it perfectly and ensured the money was credited to my balance very quickly. The live support agents are genuinely friendly and helpful. The only downside for me personally is that, as a Dutch player, I am unable to play Pragmatic Play slots on this platform, even though we are allowed to play them in the Netherlands. So for now, I'm only playing Evolution; hopefully, they'll add Pragmatic Play as well. As a final note regarding bonuses: I cannot comment on them because I deliberately choose NEVER to use any bonuses

Not sure why there’s any negative reviews. Verification was easy and straight forward, there are limits regarding withdrawal etc, but if you feel the need to withdraw less than a 100 then you shouldn’t really be gambling. Transfers are easy, deposit in seconds and withdrawal in less than 24hrs. Plenty of games to play, live games are great. All in all, decent site to play on.

After verification this is one of the fastest casinos to payout. They also have the best games to play in their live casino. Would recommend. Great customer service too, shout out to Arkadiusz and Philip!

Very great experience at Betninja. Approved my documents quick no issue there. I withdrawal money and they approved It. Took 1 day to have the money In my bank account.

I would say I was sceptical about using betninja due to bad review, but gave it a go . I tend not to use bonuses as your winning need to meet a certain criteria before withdrawals. When you open account make sure you upload documents to verify account my account was verified within an hour . Since then I have withdrawn numerous times with no difficulties, take longer than usual sites , my money was with me in 24hrs .... on a positive note customer service has been fantastic quick replys and also chase up withdrawals, so anyone having concerns, don't as long as you verify account , they cannot payout on an unverified account . Well done betninja cannot fault your service sports section is a bit difficult to use but just some feedback , not all games are listed until about to kick off
