Do not play at BetNinja. This casino uses predatory tactics to ensure you never get paid if you win. I deposited €150 and built my balance up to €3,157 by playing Blackjack with my own deposited money. When I requested a withdrawal, they confiscated all my winnings. Their excuse was a hidden "max bet of €5" rule tied to a pending bonus. The absolute worst part? Their software actively ALLOWS you to place larger bets. They intentionally do not block bets over €5, creating a deliberate trap so they can void your balance the moment you try to cash out. After pushing back, I managed to get my initial €150 deposit refunded, but the €3,157 was stolen. It gets worse. I requested permanent account closure and the deletion of my personal data under GDPR. They refused to delete my KYC data, explicitly claiming they had to retain it due to "EU Anti-Money Laundering regulations". This is a blatant lie. BetNinja (Magico Games N.V.) is based in Curaçao and operates under a license from Anjouan (the Comoros). They are NOT in the European Union. They copy-paste EU regulations to sound legitimate while operating from an offshore tax haven to avoid actual oversight. To top it off, 8 hours after they emailed me confirming my account was "closed," I could still log in perfectly fine. Save yourself the frustration. They will gladly take your deposits, let you break hidden rules without warning, and use fake legal excuses to keep your money and your sensitive data. Stay far away.

Really bad site. I withdrew cash i thought. But i needed to send some documents before anything would happen. I did and nothing happen. Support said it should take a few hours and no not true. I dont know if this has something to do with it but after i send those documents i got many phonecalls from numbers from countries i never have got any calls from before. Also i never get this many calls in a day. Anyway betninja SUCK. The site lags and is slow and crashes often. More about Betninja The support SUCK. Rude people at the support. Takes long time until someone say something in the support chat. Often you get one message from someone and after that the person close the chat. So you have to start a new chat conversation and wait long time for someone to talk in chat. Sending emails is pointless because they usually don't respond to emails. Takes long time until something happen with your withdrawal if you are lucky. One person at support said within 24 hours and another said within 48 hours. Sure maybe if you lucky. And how lucky will you be at this site? Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid this.

Would give 0 if I could. Deposited through bank transfer, yet 16 hours later they’ve still not received it. Customer service won’t respond to my messages yet recently active. I’ve sent all the necessary info over and nothing. Scam!

Wouldn't bother with this site the bonuses never come up in all the games so it's a waste of your money.
