There's a fault on one of the slots on Betninja. The slot in question is called 'Lucky's Wild Pub 2'. If you place a bet for £2 it deducts £12 from your account. I have been talking to customer service online but they refuse to admit the issue despite me showing screengrabs and offering to demonstrate the fault. They basically then accused me of only complaining because I lost.

Honestly I reckon the rtp here is set to -96%.

Shocking....

I did roulette, went all in twice with 24 euro. First time it said "Did not place bet." Even though I had enough time. Second time I went all in, I won AGAIN. But this time they didn't even pay me out. I tried to check the player history to make sure that my bet placed was correct. THE PLAYER HISTORY DIDN'T EVEN REGISTER AT ALL. THERE WAS NO HISTORY. SCAMMERS.

Every deposit takes slightly more than u are actually depositing. The slots RTP is absolutely shocking. Stay away from this site!!

So every time I deposit, it’s a different amount extra to deposit. £20 they want £24, next time it’s £22, next time it’s £28, all going to a different account. Shocking bonuses and awful site. Wouldn’t recommend in the slightest.

Fake gambling site. Sure they'll let you deposit but when you go to collect they have infinite barriers in place. How foolish of me not to read the reviews on here and Google. I purchased 10 bonuses and all paid under 10x on the trot and a couple times when I purchased the bonus the game crashed and debited my account but when I reloaded the screen it never updated. 😡😡😡

I had a very concerning experience with BetNinja. Within just 15 minutes, I was able to deposit €6,700 without any meaningful checks, limits, or signs of responsible gambling measures. There was absolutely no duty of care shown towards me as a user. What makes this even more serious is that BetNinja, operating via Magico Games, has already been fined and sanctioned by the Kansspelautoriteit for illegally offering gambling services to Dutch citizens. Despite this, they continue to accept players from the Netherlands and allow rapid, high-value deposits without intervention. This raises major concerns about compliance, player protection, and the integrity of their operations.
