Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

I've been using your product for many years now and I recently tried to contact your company 4 times via phone and 3 times via email . With absolutely no response from you. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication from you . I had an important question and I've even left messages and still no response. Not the kind of business I want to continue doing business with as a fellow business owner . 👎

Tried to cancel my auto ship for the last few months, numerous phone calls with no response after leaving numerous messages, tried emailing, put a stop charges through my credit card and they still keep sending this to me! Like the product but terrible customer service!
