This company used to be great and provided good customer service. Quality of merch is still good, but customer service is quite literally nonexistent. I have bought so much from them that I am in the top tier for their rewards program which means I am supposed to get free shipping at $50. That hasn’t happened in over a year now. And no way to talk to a real person from their company at all. It’s ridiculous.

I ordered 6 items this time (2 orders in August 12 2023, rec'd Sept 30 2023). A couple of issues. One was clearly a previously returned defect item. The previous person's note was still in the package. Their website isn't allowing a refund as it is a 'last chance' item. There was nothing showing defective, only no returns. The other item not as bad, just longer length than ordered, marked normal as ordered but really long. Edit: Kiery responded and refunded the defective pair of pants.

I've ordered from Betabrand twice. I really do like the pants, but their shipping is atrocious. It's bad enough that I likely won't order again. Waiting 4 weeks to receive 2 pairs of pants is far too long. If you're going to order, expect to wait a long time to receive them. I wouldn't recommend buying them as a gift because the shipping is so unpredictable. The first time I ordered them, they took so long that by the time I received them, I'd forgotten I ordered them. Also, even though they are nice looking pants, they are desperately overpriced. I only purchase what I can get on sale and would tell anyone else do the same.

Problems with my order: When I started a return process, the item was not eligible for returns. I absolutely would have noticed a detail like that when ordering. One email to customer service and I had a free return label within 6 hours. After waiting 30 days for delivery of the other item, I asked customer service to cancel the order. Had my Paypal refund that day. No communication beforehand from Betabrand about the delay. Too much trouble to deal with this company, but appreciate the great customer service.
