Attempt to change size of an order. Tried 3 phone numbers none of which are in service. Attempt to email customer service 3 times without return response. Site auto-sends one to another site upon request to any questions about order. Very shady and poor business. I am calling my credit card company to report fraud.

VERY disappointed in the website, the customer service and the stock status. None of the 'new customer' discounts worked, the things that were supposedly in stock on the sale would not load, and customer service only got back to me after two days and reaching out in every contact method available.

One can't get in touch with anyone to answer a question. You no longer have phone service and your web site is totally user unfriendly. I want to know why I have been billed to two items i ordered - but was told only one was shipped. Order # 102938795. Thank you

They shipped my items a month after I ordered them, and 2 weeks after I filed a dispute with my credit card.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants online on Nov. 7 and was told they would arrive by Nov. 19. No response to my emails as the tracking number says it is in Compton and has been for the past several days. When you call their customer service, there is a message that says they no longer take phone calls. You have to email. However, 3 emails later- no response aside from the first, saying they received the email. Something has gone shady with this company. Buyer beware.

I love thier pants im stull waiting. On a pair of pants for one month. Ordered 2 received one. I will be contacting the BETTER BUISNESS BURROW....THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.. YOU CANT REACH ANYONE..NO TELEPHONE NUMBERS..ITS AWFUL...I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN...

Advertises free shipping and free returns. Then keeps 7.95 from the refund of $70 yoga pant that was no better than the $10-20 stuff you find anywhere online.
