Best Way Auto Transport LLCReviews of bestwayautotransport.com

This was the first time that our company had worked with Best Way and Rich Gomez was on top of our transport every step of the way.

Very happy with everything. The communication was great, Brian was excellent to work with and they sent pictures to me before shipment left. I would 100% use them again! Thanks!!

Great follow-up. Backend support staff is helpful. I'll certainly be using them again.

We transported 5 vehicles with Brian. Very quick and pleasant experience at a good rate as well. Highly recommended.

I've been in California, and during this time, I transported two bikes through an auction to Texas. I chose a ''BestWay'' transportation service that has highly educated and talented staff. They safely and securely delivered my bikes to their destination. What's even better is that their prices were reasonable compared to others.

Worst company ever did work from Charlotte to - ga they clam the customer never got the car . Also stated false information of keeping money and bad communication this company is not honest and lie when things don’t go they way . They try to put bad mouth own my business own central but I’m getting lawyer and have reported to BBB. When trying to false accuse a company please learn from me I have all paper work, recording of phone calls , in text massage . Full of it BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD . It could put me in jail but if your the dispatcher and broker and customer never got a car of no call or any thing why didn’t you call cops??? Full of it second how would I got paid ????? Full of it

I was sooo skeptical throughout the entire process of finding a trustworthy transport company for my car. Out of a million people I’ve spoken with, Richard Gomez was the one to make me feel most comfortable with the selection process. My 2015 Kia Optima was delivered faster than anticipated and it arrived in the same condition it was sent off to me in. I’m so grateful for Best Way Auto, Richard and his entire team! I will certainly be referring and using their services again!

I wanna say thank you to Brian for al the help with the load . best company
