I was a victim of a scam peter Brown 1Steve whomever manages best way auto transportation. I lead me to believe I was going to get back a DBL payment back held my car hostage if I didn't make another payment to deliver my car as it was 2 hours away it was 325. To pick up and paid him. He alleges till this day that payment never went turns out it did he lied ..don't do business ever with these scammers .. to best way auto yes you did receive zelle payment TD bank records show and spike with you in a 3 Way call my account would have been credited. 325.00 was never credited back if what you're saying proves to be true. It is not. U still haven't resolved this issue even with per 3 way calls with TD and it's recorded they ask you to report it with your Citibank where the funds 325. Was deposited I gave paper proof as well.and then charged me I. Strip payment for the same drop off from Florida to SC. If not you would have kept my car hostage. Simi this how you pick pocketed me and elderly women in the road peter Brown is not a honest person. He said that he never got it zelle and that it was in still in hold as they drove and was close to drop off location. Just to tell me that if 8 didn't pay 325 through strip they wouldn't release the car. I was DBL charged when the agreement was. He only would pick up the car in Florida at the my mechanics

Dear Powahtan, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. However, as we’ve explained multiple times, our records show that we never received the Zelle payment you mentioned. Without funds reaching our account, Best Way Auto Transport LLC cannot issue a refund. We have also provided you with supporting screenshots for clarity. We kindly recommend contacting your bank directly to resolve this matter, as they are the only party who can reverse or cancel the transaction. Please know that we are ready to cooperate once the payment issue is confirmed through your bank. Best regards, Customer Support – Best Way Auto Transport LLC

Use them in the past and things seem to go OK. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case this time. Was charged more than quoted. Driver showed up three days late due to a malfunction with his truck and the truck driver was extremely hostile and refused to give me keys and approach me with a pipe. Would not recommend ever using them.
