I recently ordered an item from your website & it somehow had the wrong address & I contacted customer service by email & I received a reply right away. The customer service was excellent. They gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do to resolve the issue. Items are better than described
Items are better than described! fair prices fast shipping and, Discrete packaging! On one of my orders a bottle of lube was broken and was so well packed it barely leaked into main package. Obviously was handled rough by carrier they responded and sent replacement to me. Great customer service I highly recommend!!

They didn't have what I wanted in stock and they gave me the option of getting something else or get a refund. I took the refund and it was done in just a couple days. They're very helpful and polite Thanks for everything

Overall excellent customer service I highly recommend anyone that is in the market for adult sex toys etc. this is definitely highly recommended and the quality of merchandise is better than I expected. I really appreciated the excellent customer service that I got to experience I also appreciated the honesty regarding my delivery and what they were willing to do to reassure me that my merchandise was scheduled in for delivery I even got a courtesy email saying if it didn’t arrive on time that they would be willing to compensate me for my money and also get a product of equal price considering everything with the virus and people having to wait for shipment a little bit longer they are very very considerate I’ll say thank you and thank you for a great experience overall I will be shopping especially with you and your company best vibes .
