This is my second order from Bestvibe and their customer service is second to none. My first order had some shipping issues beyond their control and they substituted my order with the next more expensive option free of charge. During my second order I had a shipping question and like with the first order, their response to my emails was extremely prompt and professional with accurate information. I will be a loyal customer for life.

I have had some great experiences with this Company and their Customer Resolutions Department. I had an issue with a product I ordered for myself and partner to enjoy. After receiving a discreet package in the mail, we discovered the order had came quicker than expect and was excited to try our new, flesh like pleasure toy. While cleaning for first use we noticed some defects in the product and relayed them to our Customer Resolution Representative with pictures showing just the defects not the entire product. Which made my partner a little less concerned of embarrassment, go figure haha. Well we are excited about the replacement so we can have the experience we expected. Thank you for your assistance and resolve our issue. We are greatly appreciative!

I made my order on Aug 25th. I forgot to login and I made my purchase anonymously. :-( However I emailed Bestvibe and they responded within 24 hours with order information and tracking number. Great support service! Then my package arrived on the 27th! Bestvibe is competing with Amazon! This is my second purchase from Bestvibe and I will continue purchasing from them
