Terrible service, I placed my order on December 29, 2020, I can not track my order, this means that they have not sent it, I hope I do not lose my money pay $ 50 online, the worst thing is that they do not answer the emails or messages from the page, how bad really total disappointment

My experience with this company hasnot been good. I placed an order on November 18th and and I have not yet received it and my emails and phone calls to the company about this order have not been answered. After the first couple of attempts to contact the company went unanswered, I checked their reviews and really wish I did not order from them. I also have a hard time believing any of their positive reviews are genuine, as their customer service is non-existent.

I am hesitant about making a purchase because it wasn't clear if this is coming from a US or international store and how long the shipping is going to be. It turned out it's from China and my order is taking forever to arrive. Not only the delay, but I contacted their customer service about their promise of 10% first time purchase discount but never got a response. I think this seller is s scammer. Don't buy from this store, it's not worth the wait and stress if your item will even make it to you. Very disappointed.

**SCAM ALERT** Ordered from this site more than two months ago. After two weeks with no shipping information and nothing other than the confirmation email they sent an email saying their shipment would take another week. Not a problem for me. After another month with no reply I have sent multiple emails with no response. Don’t buy from this place they take your money and run

ORDERED SOMETHING 3 WEEKS AGO STILL NOT SHIPPED NOBODY ANSWERING EMAILS AND PHONES CALLS TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I placed an order through their website on my PayPal account which is linked to my credit card. I never received the item, have left several voicemails, left several emails and no replies giving them an honest opportunity to make good on their business. This has not come to pass and will be reversing the charges and wanted to warn others this is not a good company.

I have bought two items from this site. First item, I didn't like at all. So, I wanted to warn people and give my opinion of the item. BUYER BEWARE. This site SANITIZES there customer reviews. Tried to post THREE (3) times a "one star" review. Each time I waited a WEEK between posts and EVERY TIME, the review is NEVER posted on their site. DO NOT TRUST all the stellar reviews, because there may be MANY more one star reviews that never get posted. LOOK at ANY item on their website. It either doesn't have any reviews OR it has 5 star reviews. You won't find not ONE negative review. That is because the site sanitizes ALL their negative reviews !!

Made an order, said it was shipped the next day. A week later with still no info on the tracking link provided to 17track I emailed them. They responded it was sent by two different packages and gave my two more links to now to USPS and another for DHL, both still state awaiting the package. The 1-2 day shipping time is a joke. I would suggest having them ship it first and when/if you receive it then make a payment.
