I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents, who recently moved from New Jersey to Ottawa. They are in their later years, so having a smooth, reliable, and stress-free moving experience was especially important to us. Best US Moving really delivered on that. The move took a little longer than we originally expected, but overall everything went smoothly. We stayed in touch with the driver throughout the trip, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to know how everything was going. We were also very impressed with the movers who loaded the furniture. They were properly dressed, wore gloves, and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. For my parents, the calm and quality service made a big difference. They were very happy with the whole experience, and we truly appreciate the team for taking such good care of their belongings and making the move as smooth as possible. Thank you, Best US Moving!
