I have ordered and payed products for over EUR 150. I have got no confirmation and nothing was sent to me during the next two months. I have got no reply after contacting them on two of their official email addresses. Fortunately PayPal are way more correct and after rising a dispute they have refunded my payment.

Great website and diverse product lines. Really good communication before sale… within an hour each time. O One of my 2 items (same item, different grits) came on an oversized box that is completely nonfunctional, and different from the other item. The stones, themselves, aren’t bad. Repeated attempts to contact Mike have gone unanswered: two emails, website contact form, and message at answering service… which, oddly, is the only phone contact method. Mistakes are understandable; not responding to customers is not. UPDATE: Although Michael Poe eventually responded and promised to replace the defective box, he has not yet done so. And he is, once again, not responding to repeated emails requesting status. The pattern is clear… not an ethical business man.

Buyer beware!!! Ordered 2 stones and oil and only 1 stone and oil were shipped. After a number of emails and calls with no answer to see when they were shipping the other stone never got a response.

Stay away from this shady place. I dropped around $250 on five Diamond Sharpening Stones that all arrived looking used. I wrote a lengthy email to them with a photo attached of one of the items asking for a call back to discuss the order. I reached out to them numerous times by phone to discuss their return policy. Ten days later, I'm still awaiting a response. Nothing. No one answers the business phone except an answering service and they confirmed my messages were getting received. It's as if they were intentionally unloading secondhand items hoping it wouldn't be noticed. Who does this stuff? Do yourself a favor and avoid these folks like the plague.

Another recommendation to stay away from this site. Just filled a BBB complaint as well but likely a waste of time since they have no rating and don't seem to care. BBB Complaint rejected because the company changed its location from NJ to Texas and NJ BBB rejects the claim. I ordered a $116 stone holder. Was sent a cheap $15 holder junk. Contacted via website. No reply. Contacted Michael Poe via email. No reply. Called the number on their site and business card. It's an answering service that says they will forward message to Michael Poe. No reply.

Run from this site. Check with the BBB, there were many complaint of the company, but BBB did nothing to solve. After reading the reports. I had the same story. The parts shipping fast. But one of the three is overcharged. They advised 8x2 stone, but shipped a 6x2 stone. They said free shipping, but calculate the cost difference, they're still making profit from it. Called left message for Michael Poe. Which a business card included in the box. Emailed 3 times, but no response. Looking closely the web had been updated by this Michael Poe in 2019. The original address report by BBB is in NJ, the company now is in Tomball, TX. Lesson learned. Next time I will check the company full address before doing anything!
